1. Booking Policy
- Reservations: All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team directly. A valid ID and payment are required to confirm your reservation.
- Payment: Full payment or an advance deposit is required to secure your reservation. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other supported payment gateways.
- Booking Confirmation: Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant booking details.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
- No-Show: Failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or the full booking amount.
- Early Departure: No refunds will be provided for early departure unless specifically agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. Payment and Pricing
- Short-Term Stays: Our rates for short-term stays are charged on a daily basis. Prices start at $40 per day for a Chamber and Hall self-contained apartment and $50 per day for a 2-bedroom self-contained furnished apartment.
- Long-Term Stays: For long-term stays, the rates are set on a monthly basis. Prices start at $100 per month for Chamber and Hall self-contained apartments. All long-term bookings require an advance payment for 2 years.
- Advance Payment for Long-Term Stays: For long-term stays, a 2-year advance payment is required for unfurnished apartments. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
4. Check-In and Check-Out Policy
- Check-In Time: Check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Early check-ins may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
- Check-Out Time: Check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out requests will be subject to an additional fee and availability.
- Identification: Guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in.
5. House Rules
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Designated smoking areas are available.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartments unless explicitly stated and approved in advance.
- Parties and Events: We do not allow parties, events, or loud gatherings in the apartments to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
- Damages: Any damage to the property during your stay will be charged to the guest. A damage deposit may be requested upon check-in.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- Guest Information: We value your privacy. All personal information shared with us during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for reservation purposes.
- Data Protection: We comply with all applicable data protection laws to ensure the security of your personal information.
7. Maintenance and Repairs
- Repairs: In the event that maintenance or repairs are required during your stay, we will make every effort to address the issue promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
- Service Requests: If you encounter any issues or need assistance, please contact our front desk or customer service team, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
8. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Landlord Apartments is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your stay. We advise guests to secure their valuables and take proper precautions during their stay.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in service caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
